- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Quotations & Estimates: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are provided as a guide and may vary if additional work or materials are required. Any additional work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding wherever possible.
- Access to Property: The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work area at the agreed time. If access is not available, a call-out charge may apply.
- Heating System Conversions: When converting an open vented heating system to a sealed/pressurised system, increased system pressure can expose existing weaknesses in pipework, radiators, or components that were previously undetected. Any leaks or faults that arise as a result are not the responsibility of Mark Frost Plumbing and Heating Ltd and any necessary repairs or replacements will be chargeable.
- Materials & Parts: Materials supplied remain the property of the Company until payment has been received in full. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment supplied.
- Workmanship: All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Gas Work: All gas work will be carried out by engineers registered with the Gas Safe Register and in accordance with current UK regulations.
- Liability: The Company will not be liable for pre-existing faults within plumbing or heating systems that become apparent during or after work is carried out.
- Service Area: Services are provided throughout Surrey and West Sussex.
By accepting a quotation or instructing work to proceed, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
